Cemfree cement-free activating technology is a proprietary Alkali-Activated Cementitious Material (AACM) that activates pozzolanic materials to create concrete that performs similarly to Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC). By utilising these pozzolanic materials, Cemfree technology provides the desired strength and durability required for various construction applications, making it a versatile and effective alternative to traditional cement.

The materials react with Cemfree Binder to form a solid mass comparable to OPC, making it an ideal green, environmentally friendly alternative. Replacing 100% of the OPC with Cemfree results in an embodied CO2 reduction of up to 85% compared to OPC-based concretes. This makes it a sustainable choice, utilising traditional substitute cementitious materials (SCMs) and alternative by-products.

We offer flexible solutions to meet your needs, including liquid or powder activators that can be added to onsite materials to produce cement-free concrete or provide an all-in-one bespoke binder. Cemfree materials are available in large bulk or small bagging to ensure seamless integration with your batching infrastructure.
